UAE AI Buildathon Participation Terms and Conditions

These Participation Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to paid participation in the UAE AI Buildathon (the “Program”). The Program is organized by Voicee FZ-LLC (“Voicee”, “we”, “us”).

Voicee is tax registered in the UAE. VAT at 5% applies where applicable and will be shown on the invoice.

By paying the participation fee, requesting an invoice, or otherwise confirming participation, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and you agree to these Terms.
1) Program delivery
The Program is delivered online using online tools and platforms selected by Voicee and or its partners.
Participation includes access to the learning program and buildathon activities during the Program period, as communicated to your organization’s contact person.
The detailed agenda, schedule, and practical instructions will be shared with the registered contact person by email.
2) Communication and contact person
All operational communication will be sent to the registered contact person for your organization (the “Contact Person”).
Your organization is responsible for ensuring the Contact Person receives and shares Program communications internally.
If you have not received the practical joining instructions 2 days before the Program start date, contact hello@voicee.ai immediately.
3) Fees, VAT, and invoicing
Participation fees are due in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
VAT at 5% applies where applicable and will be added and shown on the invoice.
Voicee will issue an invoice and receipt to the Contact Person (or the billing email provided by the Contact Person).
4) Refunds and cancellations
No refunds are possible within 14 calendar days prior to the Program start date.
If you wish to request a refund earlier than 14 calendar days before the Program start date, email hello@voicee.ai with:

• Program name
• Organization legal name
• Payment reference and or invoice number
• Reason for refund request

Refund requests must be sent from the same email address used to register and or the Contact Person email. Requests from other email addresses will not be processed.
Approved refunds (if any) are processed back to the original payment method, net of any non-recoverable payment processing fees charged by third parties.
5) Changes to the Program
Voicee may update the Program schedule, tools, speakers, mentors, and delivery format as reasonably required.
If Voicee postpones the Program, your organization’s participation will be moved to the rescheduled dates.
6) Participant responsibilities
Participants must follow the Program rules and instructions shared via the Contact Person.
Participants must use the Program and any tools in a lawful manner and in line with their organization’s internal policies.
Participants should not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, or personal data into tools unless they have the necessary approvals and legal basis. Your organization is responsible for the data your team uses in tools and submissions.
7) Use of name and logo
By participating, your organization and participants grant Voicee permission to use your organization name and logo and participant names on the Program website and in Program-related materials (including promotional materials).
8) Disclaimers
The Program is educational and practical. Voicee does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, savings, hiring outcomes, or business impact.
Any third-party tools or partner platforms are provided under their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Voicee’s total aggregate liability relating to the Program will not exceed the participation fees paid by your organization for the relevant participation.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction.
